From Silent to Strong
Coach Patricia’s Muay Thai journey began with something deeper than just fitness—it began as a lifeline through social anxiety. Martial arts gave her confidence, courage, and a voice, and now, with over 8 years of training and a 10-1 fight record, Patricia uses her experience to help others, especially those who are new, nervous, or needing a place to grow.
Community & Outreach
As our Outreach Program Coordinator, Patricia brings her social work background beyond the gym mats. She leads Spartan’s partnership with Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart Charities, helping remove financial barriers for youth and families to access martial arts training. Her mission is clear: make Muay Thai accessible, inclusive, and transformative for all.
This role is a natural extension of who Patricia is—someone who fights for others, not just in the ring, but in life.
📚 Teaching Philosophy
Patricia’s coaching is defined by simplicity, patience, and precision. After training in Thailand, she learned how to teach through feel, rhythm, and movement—without needing to say a word. This makes her especially gifted with visual learners, children, and those with unique learning needs.
Whether you’re a brand-new student, a shy kid, or someone trying to build confidence, Patricia will meet you where you’re at—and then show you how to grow.
